1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SheetFactorys (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
SheetFactorys provides an AI-powered plugin for Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel that generates formulas, translates syntax, cleans data, and generates dashboards.
3. Fair Use & Service Limits
While we currently do not enforce strict token limits on our AI generation features, we reserve the right to implement a "Fair Use" policy to protect the stability and cost-efficiency of our infrastructure. Unusually high volumes of API requests that degrade the service for other users may result in temporary rate-limiting. We reserve the right to introduce specific token limits in future updates.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
