Billing Terms

1. Subscription Terms & Operating Entity

These Billing Terms apply to subscription purchases made for SheetFactorys software products, owned and operated by GSquare Labs, a registered sole proprietorship in Gujarat, India (office: 1650, 1st Floor, Girdhar Gopal Bldg, Shastrinagar Main Rd, Jadiya Wadi, Surat - 395002, Gujarat, India).

Access to premium plans is sold on an automated renewal model billed in advance. Selecting a paid plan authorizes recurring charges against your nominated credit card or payment account at the start of each consecutive billing interval.

2. Merchant of Record Structure

Order processing, checkout security, recurring invoicing, and tax collection are conducted by Dodo Payments Inc (dodopayments.com), acting as the Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments calculates local sales taxes and Value Added Tax (VAT), issues compliant electronic receipts, and manages payment card network compliance. Statements from banking providers display Dodo Payments as the merchant.

3. Cancellation Rules & Pre-Paid Access

Subscribers may discontinue renewals at any time via the Settings tab inside the SheetFactorys web dashboard or by emailing customer support. Following cancellation, account access remains active at the current tier through the conclusion of the paid billing period. Mid-period cancellations do not generate prorated refunds or partial balance credits.

4. Plan Modifications & Price Adjustments

GSquare Labs reserves the authority to revise recurring plan prices or adjust baseline feature quotas. Price adjustments reflect changes in operational hosting costs, third-party model inference fees, or new product features. Any modifications impacting active subscriptions require 30 days prior written notice via account email before taking effect on subsequent renewal dates.

5. Renewal Failures & Seven-Day Grace Period

If an automated renewal charge fails due to card expiration, credit limits, or banking security checks, Dodo Payments initiates retries across a seven-calendar-day grace period. Account features remain accessible during this window. If payment cannot be completed within seven days, the workspace downgrades automatically to the Free tier.

6. Refund Guarantee Synchronization

Initial subscription purchases are protected by our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions documented in our Refund Policy. Refunds require processing fewer than 1,000 rows and compiling fewer than 15 dashboards. All subsequent recurring renewal charges are final and non-refundable.
