Billing Terms

1. Subscription Billing
SheetFactorys offers subscriptions on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). By subscribing to a Pro or Business plan, you authorize us (via our Merchant of Record, Paddle) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
2. Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which you will not be charged again.
