Accounts processing over 1,000 rows or 15 dashboards are ineligible for reimbursement.

1. Scope & Merchant of Record

This Refund Policy governs subscription purchases for SheetFactorys software, operated by GSquare Labs, a registered sole proprietorship in Gujarat, India (office: 1650, 1st Floor, Girdhar Gopal Bldg, Shastrinagar Main Rd, Jadiya Wadi, Surat - 395002, Gujarat, India). All payments, recurring invoices, and refund distributions are managed by Dodo Payments Inc (dodopayments.com) as the Merchant of Record.

2. 14-Day Refund Guarantee & Conditions

New subscribers are eligible for a 100% refund of the initial purchase amount within 14 calendar days of transaction settlement, subject to four qualification requirements:

  • First purchase qualification: The guarantee applies exclusively to the initial subscription transaction. Subsequent billing periods and renewals are non-refundable.
  • Workspace lifetime limit: Guarantees are limited to one claim per user or billing account. Subsequent purchases following a refund are final.
  • Compute consumption ceiling: Accounts that have processed more than 1,000 spreadsheet rows or generated more than 15 dashboard presentations have consumed baseline server compute and are ineligible for reimbursement.
  • Renewal exclusion: Automatic recurring renewals are non-refundable. Subscriptions must be cancelled before the next renewal date through the account settings panel to prevent future charges.

3. European Union & United Kingdom Statutory Terms

For consumers residing in the European Union or United Kingdom, digital access to cloud calculation features commences immediately upon subscription creation. By accessing the Service, you acknowledge and agree that digital performance begins immediately, and you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital products, without altering your eligibility under our voluntary 14-day commercial refund guarantee described above.

4. Refund Processing Workflow

To initiate a refund review, send an email to support@sheetfactorys.com containing your registered account email and order reference number.

Requests are audited against compute usage records within two business days. Upon approval, Dodo Payments submits the credit to the original payment card or payment method. Funds settle back to the original funding account within 3 to 7 business days, depending on bank processing intervals.
