1. Overview

This Refund Policy governs any subscription purchases made for SheetFactorys services, which are owned and operated by GSquare Labs, a registered sole proprietorship in Gujarat, India, with its registered office address at 1650, 1st Floor, Girdhar Gopal Bldg, Shastrinagar Main Rd, Jadiya Wadi, Surat - 395002, Gujarat, India (referred to as "GSquare Labs", "we", "us", or "our"). At SheetFactorys, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with our AI spreadsheet automation tools. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

2. 14-Day Refund Guarantee & Eligibility

We offer a full money-back guarantee for subscription purchases within 14 calendar days. However, to prevent system abuse and "subscription-cycling", refund requests are subject to the following strict eligibility requirements:

• Lifetime Refund Limit: Refund guarantees are strictly limited to one (1) refund per user or workspace. Any subsequent subscription purchases are final, non-refundable, and not eligible for the 14-day money-back guarantee.
• Resource Processing Cap: To protect server infrastructure integrity, workspaces that have heavily consumed processing resources (defined as cleaning or processing more than 1,000 spreadsheet rows or generating more than 15 AI dashboard visualizers during the 14-day period) are not eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply contact us at support@sheetfactorys.com with your account email and order details. Our payment processor, Paddle, will process the refund to your original method of payment. Approved refunds are issued in USD (or your local purchasing currency) and typically take 3 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
